Is it possible to tint your fire retardant paints "OBEREG-OMV", "OBEREG-OMV"?

Answer
Yes. You can do it using any tints designed for water-dispersion paints. However, it shall be noted that the tint manufacturing companies guarantee the "compliance" with colors only when tints are added into the colorless compounds, not into the white paints. If necessary, OBEREG company has the ability to produce the required amount of paint without addition of the white pigment.

Does your fire-retardant paint exfoliates during the long storage and transportation, is this process irreversible?

Answer
All water dispersions that also include our fire-retardant paint are exfoliating over time. After vigorous stirring (preferably by the mixer within 2-3 minutes), the paint easily returns to its original, working condition, without any changes in its original properties.

Question
Sometimes, during application of the fire retardant paint using the spray device there is a need to reduce the viscosity of the paint. It is usually made by water addition. Can your paints also be diluted with water?

Answer
Our paints, except for "OBEREG-OMV", the 2nd organic-based version, can be easily diluted with water. However, water should not be more than 7-10% of the weight of paint. During the dilution it should be noted that the water-dispersible paints are very sensitive to the amount of water added in relation to its viscosity, so it is possible to add (and stir vigorously) at a time not more than 2% water of the weight of paint.
