In the evening, November 10, in the basement of the house №20 along the street Pisarev there was a fire. Suffocating smoke quickly fill the first floors of the house. Alert residents called the fire Department. A fire signal was received by the MOE by about 17 hours. Where exactly began to start a fire is unknown, the smoke belching from different Windows. On a scene 10 fire brigades, but due to traffic and not all of them arrived on time at the place. Eyewitnesses report that ambulances and fire transport some of the motorists of Novosibirsk do not miss, despite the mod.
Arrived on the scene, firefighters first evacuated the occupants. Total of the house was derived 46 people, including 6 children. However, two women were found on the landing already dead.
