Innovation in insulation

In the laboratory ZEP Obereg developed an innovative product – liquid insulation on the microspheres. It is used to create a heat shield on the treated surfaces. Due to the thermal screen it is possible to significantly reduce heat loss in buildings to reduce heating costs in winter and air conditioning in the summer. Liquid insulation eliminates the appearance of mold, prevents the formation of condensate and the appearance of the icing.
This product is recently launched, but has already received good feedback from the companies involved in the insulation of facades and roofs of buildings. Liquid thermal insulation is successfully used for treatment of interior walls, slopes, concrete floors, piping, ductwork, and other items.
- A new product made using ceramic microspheres, which today are innovative and highly effective raw materials, – said the commercial Director of ZEP "Obereg" Vyacheslav Kozachuk. Liquid insulation is easy to use. It is applied just as all paints: brush, roller or spray. Layer of 1mm can replace classical insulation thickness up to 5 cm.
