In Novosibirsk, passers-by rescued children who jumped out of the window during a fire. A 12-year-old boy and a seven-year-old girl stood in a fourth-floor window and asked for help. Behind the children was a thick smoke.
- The fire occurred in the house No. 19 on Vatutin street.
