Early on the morning of March 6, on Petukhova street in Novosibirsk caught fire 10-storey building. Firefighters arrived quickly. 25 residents were evacuated. During the fire there was a strong smoke.
"Chaotically parked cars complicated the travel of fire equipment to the entrance of the home, so emergency workers paved the working line of the seven fire hoses, to be able to supply water to extinguish the fire. At the same time carried out investigation of an entrance as a result of which 25 people were rescued from a dangerous zone: 8 residents were evacuated, having put on them saving masks, 17 people firefighters brought out on ladder marches", — told in a press-service of GU of EMERCOM across the Novosibirsk region. It appeared that on the third floor the three-room apartment lit up, the fire in the area of 20 square meters extinguished in two minutes. "The kitchen and the corridor were exposed to fire, all the walls were also buried. Presumably, the fire has arisen from-for short circuit of an electrical wiring of TV," — said in the MOE.
