Victor began to run the water to fill the fire. To run he had for a long time. The situation was complicated by complete darkness in the room. Then, when extinguished the fire, discovered at the window of the man: he was curled in a ball and lay face down on the floor. Witnesses tried to give him first aid, after that it is on the street made by firefighters, and doctors "first aid" tried to resuscitate him, but the man died. A presumable cause of the fire is unquenched cigarette. In the MOE noted that the apartment was burned only a chair.
