SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface preparation for the coating application should be held in accordance with requirements listed in SNaR 2.03.11-85 “Building constructions protection from corrosion”.

Clean the surface from dirt, dust, sand and other stains. Damaged coatings (bubbled up, peeling off) should be cleaned down to a solid base. Glossy surfaces should be matted. Metal surface are to be cleaned from rust and covered with additional adhesion foundation. Mineral surfaces may be treated with strengthening solutions.
