«OBEREG TermoGuard» (STANDARD) liquid ceramic thermo-insulating coating (further in this document, “OBEREG TermoGuard”), is designed for treating various constructions from metal, stone, concrete, including industrial equipment, tanks and pipelines, in order to prevent condensation and heat loss, as well as to isolate the hot surfaces from direct human contact.

ATTENTION: depending on the application conditions and treated surface, it is recommended to use the following specialized products:

«OBEREG TermoGuard» (ANTI-CORROSION) - to treat metal constructions with damaged anti-corrosion coating. Recommended as a first layer coating.

«OBEREG TermoGuard» (FACADE) – high vapor permeability – to treat house facades.

   «OBEREG TermoGuard» (WINTER) – for sub-zero temperatures application.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface preparation for the coating application should be held in accordance with requirements listed in SNaR 2.03.11-85 “Building constructions protection from corrosion”.

Clean the surface from dirt, dust, sand and other stains. Damaged coatings (bubbled up, peeling off) should be cleaned down to a solid base. Glossy surfaces should be matted. Metal surface are to be cleaned from rust and covered with additional adhesion foundation. Mineral surfaces may be treated with strengthening solutions.

COVERAGE RATES

Depending on the treated surface and the task at hand, the following layer thickness values should be used:
